When is service due?
Regular inspection helps assess condition before a failure. Canon and Fujinon manuals include annual inspection recommendations; we match the interval and scope to your model and use.

Is every repair performed in Vilnius?
We handle intake, initial diagnostics and limited work in Vilnius. Optical adjustment, specialist repairs and comprehensive servicing are coordinated with official manufacturer service laboratories.
What does repair cost, and how long does it take?
Price and timing depend on the fault, work required, laboratory and parts availability. Diagnostic and logistics terms are agreed at intake; the repair quotation follows diagnostics.
Do you accept older HD lenses?
Yes. We accept Canon HJ, KJ, XJ and Fujinon HA, ZA, XA and other broadcast series. Repair feasibility and parts availability are confirmed for the exact version.
Can I send a lens by courier?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Use a suitable protective case, fit caps and record the accessories included. Agree BOX lens packaging and transport orientation with us separately.
Does an annual inspection mean a complete overhaul?
No. Inspection and overhaul are different jobs. Cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and parts replacement depend on condition, diagnostics and the agreed scope.
