How the form works

The form sends your name, contact details, lens information and attached photos to our server. The enquiry is saved in non-public server storage and forwarded to service@prostudio.lt. A receipt is sent to your email address. Do not attach unnecessary personal information.

How we use information

We use the name, contact details and equipment information in messages received to reply, prepare quotations and coordinate agreed service. Where necessary, technical information may be shared with the selected service partner, and delivery details with a carrier.

Retention and your rights

Enquiry information is used to take steps before a contract or to perform it. Information is retained as needed for the enquiry and related obligations; accounting records are retained according to applicable requirements.
