The enquiry form prepares a message in your email app. The form itself does not send or store entered information in our database. You send the message through your own email provider.

We use the name, contact details and equipment information in messages received to reply, prepare quotations and coordinate agreed service. Where needed, technical information may be shared with the selected service partner and delivery details with a carrier.

Service enquiry information is processed to take steps before entering a contract or to perform a contract. Accounting records are retained according to applicable requirements; other information is retained as needed for the enquiry and related obligations.
