Do you repair equipment on site?+
We perform initial assessment and limited work locally. Where specialist expertise or facilities are required, we coordinate service at the appropriate centre.
Do you accept other manufacturers?+
Yes. We accept enquiries for all broadcast manufacturers. Service and parts availability for each model are confirmed after reviewing the enquiry.
Can I send equipment by courier?+
Yes, by prior arrangement. Pack equipment securely and include your contact details, model and fault description. Please discuss BOX lens transport separately.
What do diagnosis and repair cost?+
Diagnosis and logistics terms are agreed before intake. After diagnosis we provide a repair estimate. We confirm the repair only after you accept the quotation and pay.
How long does service take?+
Timing depends on the fault, specialist service centre and parts availability. We provide an expected timeframe with the individual quotation.
Can I order a spare part only?+
Yes. Provide the manufacturer, model, part number or a photograph. We will check availability and provide a quotation.
